Our Plyo Box consists of a commercial-grade, high-durability anti-slip PVC skin that easily goes on and off of a PE foam core that athletes can set any of 3 ways for different intensities. Turn it one way, and it’s a tough 20” step platform that works the calves, hamstrings, and glutes. Turn it another, and it’s a high-intensity jump workout tool that challenges users to leap 24” into the air and land gracefully on its soft surface. Give it one more turn, and it demands users to soar to 30” up for workouts that build speed, explosivity, and power.
