Built to be ultra-durable, the sled consists of a steel frame and 4x exterior bars – two on each side so it can be pushed back and forth without having to turn it around – and a central loading bar, all with a
wear-, rust-, and corrosion-resistant black powder-coating. The sled itself weighs 57 lb and the central bar can fit up to 10x bumper plates for an intense full-body workout that develops users’ legs, core, arms, shoulders, and explosivity.
